We discussed the importance of sharing.
So, when a teacher shares an idea or a way of doing something with another
teacher, it will help them shape the idea better, and then when they share
their idea with another teacher who may be outside the scope of their school -
through social media for example, that would be contributes to the benefit of
others and may benefit from other experiences that may improve and develop
their idea for the better.
